Join the Billing Resolution global department and help one of the biggest telecommunication companies to support US customers with the queries and disputes related to invoicing and billing. Are you up for a challenge? A supportive team is enthusiastic to welcome you and show you how empathy and communication are crucial elements in building successful, meaningful relationships with clients! What you will be responsible for: • Assisting customers (B2B environment) who contact the department via phone • Navigating customer to the correct department in case the issue is not related to your service line • Investigating and resolve billing inquires and billing disputes raised by customers • Reviewing contracts and service guides • Validating issues, including validation in the internal billing tools and with interested parties to properly investigate the problem • Updating both – internal and external customer on weekly basis about the dispute resolution using internal tool • Escalating internal teams or agents in order to resolve the dispute efficiently and in timely manner • Performing work independently and within defined SLA’s for quality, response time and productivity What’s ahead : • Improving your language skills and communication • 1 month training on different service lines • Supportive and friendly environment US working time: 2:30 PM - 11 PM (Mo to Fr) Employee perks, benefits • Taxi on company expenses from 10:30 PM (within Bratislava) • MultiSport card/ Benefit plus platform • E-learning platform (Udemy) • Private medical healthcare • Meal vouchers • Team building events • Relocation bonus Personality requirements and skills • Good Spanish and English skills • Basic knowledge of MS Office package • Good communication and negotiation skills • Willingness to learn and proactive approach • Working experience in Customer service area represents an advantage • Applicants must hold a valid Slovak working permit or be eligible to work within the EU
